Papi Chulo (Drax Hall)
Papi Chulo runs out of C4 Plaza in Drax Hall, serving Mexican food built on Caribbean seasoning: tacos in handmade tortillas with beef, shrimp or chicken, slow-cooked burritos, beef enchiladas, and plantain nachos that play sweet against savoury.
The bar is half the appeal — margaritas built on sorrel and mango, and rum-kissed micheladas. Bright colours, loud music and artwork throughout make it a lively room rather than a quiet dinner.
It opened in 2025 and has a second branch on Main Street in Ocho Rios if you're already in town.
