Progressive Foods
Progressive Foods is a full-size supermarket at Eight Rivers Town Centre in Ocho Rios, part of the Progressive Grocers of Jamaica chain. It is the biggest of the three grocery stops in this guide and the one to head for when you want a proper range rather than the essentials.
It is also the furthest of the three: about half an hour each way. That makes it a once-a-stay trip rather than a routine one — best paired with whatever else is taking you into Ocho Rios.
For anything smaller, LFA Country Store sits at the estate entrance five minutes from the house, and Boot at Drax Hall is fifteen.
