Starliner is a rooftop wine-bar and grill in Plantation Village, Priory, with 360-degree views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Fresh seafood — lobster, shrimp, fish, and conch — is prepared several ways (garlic butter, coconut curry, escovitch), alongside Jamaican standards like oxtail, curry goat, and jerk chicken.
The space doubles as a small gallery, with murals and Rasta-colored artwork throughout, and live reggae most nights for a laid-back island vibe. Ingredients are sourced from local farmers and fishermen.
