Uncorked Ochi
Uncorked Ochi opened in September 2025 in Drax Hall, the sixth and largest outlet of the Uncorked group. It's a wine bar and bistro rather than a restaurant in the ordinary sense: salads, sandwiches and small plates alongside a curated wine and spirits selection.
The cheese programme is what sets it apart — imported cheeses from small farmstead producers, cut to order from full wheels and served as boards with charcuterie. Small plates run to chicken poppers with sweet-heat sauce, sriracha cauliflower, salmon croquettes and steak frite skewers, with cocktails built on aged rums. Desserts, produce and eggs are sourced locally where they can be.
There's a private dining area if you want a room for a group, and the space is deliberately calm — this is the closest thing in the guide to a long, slow grazing evening.
